Business owner. Business broker. Transaction leader.
Before I ever helped someone sell a business, I built and exited my own.
Before I ever helped someone sell a business, I built and exited my own.
That matters.
Because selling a business is not just paperwork. It is years of sacrifice, risk, stress, and hard-earned success coming down to one transaction. And when that moment comes, you need someone who understands both sides of the table. I do.

Family First
Long before business sales and valuations, my foundation has always been family.
I have been married to my wife for 49 years. We have raised three children, now building lives of their own, and have been blessed with five incredible grandchildren.
Family has shaped how I lead, how I serve, and how I show up for people.
I have coached my kids’ teams, served in my church, and stayed active in my communities because I believe relationships matter, trust matters, and showing up matters.
Those same values carry into every transaction I lead.
Professional Story
I spent nearly 40 years in the lumber manufacturing and distribution business, building, leading, and eventually exiting businesses of my own.
That experience gave me something many brokers do not have.
Perspective.
I know what it feels like to build something from the ground up.
To carry payroll.
To navigate uncertainty.
To make hard decisions.
And eventually, to step away.
That is why I became a business broker.
Today, as a Licensed Arizona Business Broker, Certified Business Intermediary, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor, I help business owners navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
